Access to our back office is limited to authorized users only. Authorized users need to have their email addresses whitelisted so they can receive the authentication code to access the back office.
Should your email address not be whitelisted, you may send an email to support@tomhorngaming.com or reach out to your dedicated account manager.
Once an email has been whitelisted and you access the back office URL, you will be presented with a window to enter your email address (see Figure 1). Once you enter the email address, an authentication code will be sent via email, which authentication code has to be inserted (see Figure 2). Once the code is validated, you will be asked for a reason why you want to access the back office. This is only a short statement, for example, check player details.
After you will submit the valid code, the login page will appear, here, you need to use the Tom Horn back office credentials to log in.
