Once the business conditions and agreements are mutually agreed and completed, our Account Manager assigned to you, or our Sales Manager shall invite our Technical Integration Manager and Head of Network Operations Center (NOC) to assist you with Integration.
First step: Fill in our Questionnaire for Staging
It is important for us to receive all information to start the Integration.

After the Questionnaire is filled and submitted, we will review your information and provide you with Staging account to our Staging environment within 1 to 3 working days.
Second step: Integration Process
You will receive a set of information, such as:
- Bank ID, aka Partner ID
- Secretkey
- Launcher URLs
- Our Server IP
- Administrative login to our Back Office
*You will only be able to integrate/test our slot games during the Integration process.

Third step: Acceptance Test
For Quality Assurance's purposes, we will perform Acceptance Test once your technical team confirms the Integration is completed.
We will test all calls listed in our API and provide feedback if any calls are not implemented correctly or properly.
Fourth step: Fill in our Questionnaire for Production

Similar information you will receive, such as new sets of Bank ID and Secret key, and with these, you will be able to plan the launches of our games.
Fifth step: Go-live Date report and miscellaneous
Kindly inform our Account Manager assigned to you or our Sales Manager your scheduled Go-live Date.
Integration communication channel will continue serve as reporting channel if any errors or unexpected behaviours of our games happen on your casino/platform.
