Seamless Wallet Timeout

• The Seamless Wallet timeout between Tom Horn and the customer wallet is configured to 10 seconds. If the connection times out, we will reply with an error message to the API request. To reduce issues with missing money, we request that you implement a rollback mechanism that if there is no response after XX seconds, you send an API request for the same BET amount to credit back any missing money to the players.

Retry Mechanism

• A deposit request can fail for multiple reasons, in certain scenarios, the deposit needs to be retried to make sure any pending deposit is successfully credited to the player. We recommend implementing a retry mechanism to keep retrying to deposit the winning to the certain until this is successful.

Tip a Dealer

• For Live Dealer games that support the "Tip a Dealer" functionality, a zero deposit is required if the withdrawal is successful. This is required to close the round on our side as well as to inform the customer that the round has been finished and the round can be closed.
