Customer Game Financial

Game financial view shows financial reports per game for the customer in a system default currency.

Accessible via

• Integration Casino -> Reports -> Customer Game Financial 
• Integration Casino -> Customer name -> Customer Game Financial View

Report Filter:

• Customer - Available customers
• Game modules - Select one or more game modules, by default all games are selected
• Currencies - Select one or more currencies, by default all currencies are selected
• Date from/Date to - Data are available for the whole hour only. If you need to choose the whole month, use e.g. date from: 2020/05/01 0:00:00, date to: 2020/06/01 0:00:00.
• Time Quickchoice - use this option for pre-set date from/to fields

Report Columns:

• Game/Category - game module name and category (e.g. video slots, table games,...)
• #Users – total number of active player during the give time frame (how many players played the game)
• Bets – cash bet in the defined time interval
• Wins – cash wins in the defined time interval 
• Profit– the difference between Bets and Wins, Profit = Bets - Wins
• %Margin – Casino hold or (1- Return to player)  in %, Profit % = (1 - Wins/Bets) * 100
• #Bets – Games played / number of bets played in the defined time interval 
• #Wins – Games won in the defined time interval 
• %Wins - Winning frequency, calculated as #Wins / #Bets * 100
• Profit / User -  The average profit from one bet, calculated as Profit / #Bets
• Max Bet – The highest bet in the defined time interval
• Avg. Bet - average bet in the defined time interval. Avg. bet = Bets / #Bets
• Max win - highest win in the defined time interval
• Avg Win – average win, calculated as Wins / #Wins

All cash data are summarises into a default currency which is pre-set at the server. All the exchange rates are just informative and are not updated regularly.
